Overview

As an architect, your role will involve the comprehensive design and supervision of building and structure construction, overseeing projects from initial concept to final completion.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and present design proposals and plans to clients.
– Prepare and deliver feasibility reports and design proposals to clients.
– Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather information on site conditions.
– Generate detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
– Oversee the construction process to ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and meet required standards.
– Collaborate with professionals such as engineers, contractors, and project managers to guarantee successful project completion.
– Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and construction techniques.
– Ensure project compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
– Manage and supervise junior architects and other staff members.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture.
– Professional license to practice architecture.
– Proven experience as an architect with a portfolio of completed projects.
– Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
– Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
– Strong communication and project management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
